Hanly buys €55m Citywest site

ROSCOMMON-BASED Hanly Group have acquired a €55 million site at Fortunestown Lane Citywest in Dublin.

The site is 7.55 hectares (18.65 acres), zoned for residential use in the South Dublin County Development Plan.

It forms part of the Cooldown Commons Area Plan which will become effective on a phased basis in conjunction with the construction and operation of the proposed Luas extension from Tallaght. The site was acquired from Davy Hickey Properties.
