Caulfield sites set for €100m overhaul

THE Riverview Shopping Centre in Bandon, Loughboy Centre in Kilkenny and the HyperCentre in Waterford are some of the sites set for redevelopment as part of a €100 million deal.

Property developer Howard Eurocape joined forces with Caulfield McCarthy to redevelop seven Caulfield McCarthy retail sites and further develop sites over five years. Total redevelopment space is 265,000sq ft of retail space with locations in New Ross, Malahide, Enniscorthy and Tipperary.
