THE former premises of the Kerryman newspaper in Clash, Tralee, sold at public auction yesterday for €3.32 million.

The industrial/production building on 2.3 acres was expected to make about €2.3m, or €1m an acre, but was bid higher in 23 bids, to sell under the hammer with North’s Real Estate Alliance.

The newspaper’s offices have been relocated to Denny Street and printing will take place in Belfast.
