Lloyds TSB enters Irish market

LLOYDS TSB Commercial Finance is entering the Irish market under the name Commercial Finance Ireland.

The company will offer businesses a full-service asset-backed service, capable of structuring management buyouts and acquisitions.

The company’s managing director Tony Duffy said: “We are of the view that asset-backed lending is a better alternative solution to ‘formula driven lending’, which only allows businesses to access working capital based on a single asset.”
