‘Muskerry’ owners buy guesthouse

THE Muskerry Arms Bar and Restaurant owners, the O’Connor family, have bought the nine-bedroom Rosemount Guesthouse, it emerged this week.

The property, which sits on a half-acre site, lies directly to the rear of the Muskerry Arms, opening up development opportunities for the O’Connor’s, whom are already advanced in the planning process with a three-year roll-out time-frame.
