M&S announces €50m investment

AN investment of €50m has been announced for the Marks & Spencer’s stores in the North which will create 250 jobs.

Marks & Spencer’s divisional executive for Ireland, Neil Hyslop, said the investment would cover seven stores, including three major redevelopments and extensions and a brand new Simply Food store.

A redesign and extension of the M&S Belfast store is planned.
