99% of Irish value manners in business

A survey by Business Performance Perspectives (BPP) has challenged business managers and owners to focus on good manners next year.

99% of Irish value manners in business

The survey found 99% of Irish people value manners in business, 28% would consider moving their business as a result of bad manners and 60% believe business people are generally less mannerly than 10 years ago.

BPP managing director Pamela Fay said: “Being bad mannered shows a lack of respect for customers, colleagues and business associates and can lead to lost revenue.”
