Diverse services key to growth of group

SWS GROUP is a diversified services venture operation based at Shinagh House, Bandon, West Cork.

Five leading cooperatives — Bandon, Barryroe, Dairygold, Lisavaird and Drinagh — own the business, with Dairygold, through its Reox subsidiary, controlling 44% of the shares.

Top management also have a private deal with the group entitling them to about 20% of the annual profits.
