Maybin purchases cleaning company

MAYBIN Support Services, one of Ireland’s leading support services and facilities management providers, has acquired Corporate Cleaning Services, the Limerick based company which specialises in micron and clean-room environments.

Maybin, which is based in the North and also has operations here, said the acquisition would add significantly to its capabilities and position it for further appropriate acquisitions in the Irish market.

In August, it acquired Grove Services Group, the second-largest provider of property care services and facilities management in the North, as part of a “buy and build” strategy to grow the business both on the island of Ireland and in Britain.
