New director for Brown Thomas

BROWN Thomas Group has appointed Maurice Pratt to the board of directors.

Mr Pratt, the chief executive of C&C, is also is non-executive chairman of Bank of Scotland (Ireland), a former non-executive director of Eircom and past president of IBEC.

Galen Weston, the owner of Brown Thomas, said: “We are delighted to welcome Maurice to the board of the Brown Thomas Group. He brings with him a wealth of experience of the retail sector in Ireland.”
