Collins Stewart in Hawkpoint takeover

FINANCIAL services group Collins Stewart Europe Limited is to take over Hawkpoint Holdings Limited, an independent corporate finance advisory firms in Britain.

Hawkpoint will get approximately 35 million new Collins Stewart shares representing 14% of the enlarged issued share capital of Collins Stewart after the demerger, £40m of cash at completion and an additional cash consideration.
