A RECORD number of entries were submitted for this year’s Irish Contact Centre Awards, run by the call centre management association.

The submissions to this year’s awards was 40% higher than previous years.

This is the 11th year of the awards. Contact Centre Management Association chairman Maurice Whelan said: “Not only have we received a record number of entries for this year’s awards, but the standard has been equally impressive.”
