Compressor Care acquires IPS

IRISH PNEUMATIC SERVICES has been acquired by the Compressor Care Group of companies which includes Munster Air Compressors, Munster Pneumatics and Vertex Industrial Sales.

The company will trade under the same name and from the same locations in Dublin and Cork.

Irish Pneumatic general manager Brian Hayes said further bolt-on acquisitions are being considered to improve the company’s product range and coverage.
