Market eases into positive territory

SHARES in the Irish market rallied yesterday as the financials, construction and the airlines finished in positive territory. The ISEQ jumped 88.84 to close at 8,254.26.

AIB gained 17c to €20.65. Bank of Ireland was 17c better off at €15.40. Irish Life and Permanent and Anglo Irish were 25c and 29c higher in share price at €19.95 and €13.25.

Construction giant CRH moved 27c ahead to €27. Kingspan Group finished up 26c at €16.36. Grafton Group added 12c at €10.67.
