O’Briens wins legal battle in Singapore

O’Briens took action against two individuals, Edwin Ng Lim Yeong and Cindy Hou Sook Min, and the Munch Global Initiative.

Following a four-day hearing in the High Court of Singapore, O’Briens received judgment against them for all three actions.

Undisclosed damages were awarded to O’Briens as well as costs against the defendants for all three actions. Munch Global will undertake extensive renovations in consultation with O’Briens to ensure that the outlet in question no longer has the look and feel of an O’Briens.
