ANGLO IRISH BANK Corporation announced it raised €600 million of regulatory capital by issuing tier one capital notes.

The deal was increased in size following strong investor demand (three times oversubscribed).

The bonds are perpetual and carry an annual fixed coupon of 5.219%.
