ICS claim Intranets underused

INTRANETS are underused by 80% of large organisations according to the research from the Irish Computer Society (ICS).

Over 85% of those surveyed indicated that intranets will become more important in the future.

The research, which surveyed more than 200 Irish companies, found that document management, e-learning, and contact management were prominent intranet tools.
