Financial advisor firms join forces

THREE financial practices announced the merger of their businesses, creating an independent firm of business advisors and consultants.

The merger will see the Dublin firm FGS (Farrell Grant Sparks) join forces with Belfast’s McClure Watters and Longford-based Lyons Keenan Kilemade.

The merger with see 20 partners and 200 staff in the company.

Until all regulatory matters have been finalised, the firms will continue to trade under their individual names.
