MORE than 200 jobs are to be axed at Daewoo’s TV and DVD factory in the North.

Talks are continuing between unions and management at the South Korean electronics manufacturing facility in Northern Ireland.

It is understood that the company is seeking redundancies from the operation that will leave a workforce of 80 people.
