PALLAS FOODS Ltd has introduced a system to assist restaurants fulfil the requirements on identifying the country of origin of beef on their menus.

The Pallas Food system involves the use of a peel off label, together with enhanced invoicing procedures, which will provide clear product information and accurate record keeping.
