WELLINGTON Market Company is set to pay €2.2 million for a fruit market in Cornwall.

Michael Chadwick, chairman of the Chadwick Group in Ireland, owner of Woodies and Atlantic Homecare in Ireland, holds a 17.5% stake in the company.

Wellington is quoted on Ofex, the London market for small companies.
