Antrim Energy to analyse results

ANTRIM ENERGY has announced that its East Causeway well in the North Sea flowed 14,500 barrels of oil per day after striking several parts of the Ness and Tarbert reservoirs.

Ness flowed 7,500 barrels of oil per day (bopd) of light, sweet oil, with a low gas-oil ratio during the final test, according to Antrim’s drilling statement. Tarbert flowed up to 7,000 bopd.

The data that Antrim gathered from the well will be analysed to determine the reserve potential of the reservoirs.
