CORK firm CMC Capital has lined up a €300 million investment in the German property market by the end of the year.

It has just raised €20m through an Irish investor syndicate for investment in German commercial property which will provide it with up to €100m purchasing power.

The wealth management and property investment firm completed its second round of fundraising, which was fully leveraged through bank financing.
