Irish-American achievers honoured

Irish America Magazine & Financial Dynamics Business Communications yesterday announced details of the 2006 Wall Street 50 Awards which honour 50 of the highest Irish-American achievers in business.

The awards take place on July 24 at the New York Yacht Club and will include the presentation of the inaugural Wall Street 50 Hall of Fame Award.

The first recipient of this lifetime achievement award is John Duffy, chief executive officer of Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.
