Hibernian reopens property fund

HIBERNIAN LIFE & PENSIONS, Ireland’s third largest life and long-term savings provider, is reopening its successful Irish Property Fund.

The reopening of the fund follows the investment by Hibernian in the AIB Bankcentre property in Ballsbridge earlier this year. The Irish Property Fund is managed by Hibernian Investment Managers (HIM) and has returned 14.8% in the last 12 months.
