Financials boost CAC

FRENCH financial shares climbed, led by BNP Paribas SA and Credit Agricole SA.

The CAC 40 Index added 3.25, or 0.1%, to 4,983.88 as 21 stocks rose, 17 fell and 1 remained unchanged. The SBF 120 Index also gained 0.1%.
