British pharmaceuticals down

BRITISH pharmaceutical shares fell, paced by AstraZeneca Plc, after ING Groep NV cut the stock recommendation on valuation concerns.

The FTSE 100 was little changed, slipping 0.9, or less than 0.1%, to 5,883.5 after closing on Monday at a seven-week high.
