Well-heeled ensure Geiger record profit

LUXURY shoe chain Kurt Geiger yesterday posted record profits as it looked to another year of strong growth.

The retailer — used by Madonna and former Bond girl Rosamond Pike — said earnings were up 10% to £7.2 million (€10.4m) in the year to January 28, while sales lifted 5% to £110.5m (€160.6m).
