Bowen manager wins silver medal

BOWEN GROUP project manager Michael Trench has won a silver medal as joint category winner in the over €50 million category at the construction manager of the year awards.

The award was presented for Bowen Group’s work on the O’Callaghan Properties’ Mahon Point Shopping Centre in Cork.

The 55,000sq metre shopping centre and retail park, incorporating multi-screen cinema, foodcourt, retail warehousing with extensive siteworks and parking, represented a project value of €105m to the Bowen Group.
