Ballymore submits £500m London plan

SEAN MULRYAN’S property development company, Ballymore Properties, has submitted a planning application for a £500 million (€729 million) marina in the Silvertown area of east London, close to London City Airport, reports have claimed.

The 35-acre Minoco Wharf site, which Ballymore bought for £40m (€58.3m) two years ago, will include offices, retail and leisure facilities, and 4,000 homes.
