Dundrum ‘the most productive centre’

DUNDRUM Shopping Centre is the most productive shopping centre in Ireland, according to a national survey of tenant satisfaction conducted by CREST Retail Excellence Ireland.

Tenants ranked Blanchardstown second and Manor West Shopping Centre in Kerry third. The research covered 74 retail brands trading in 50 shopping centres throughout Ireland.

The survey covered rent, service charges, footfall, occupancy rates, marketing and service charge spend and incidental costs and was conducted during April and May 2006.
