Book tells story of HB Ice Cream

HB Ice Cream is celebrating 80 years of business and is marking the event with a book, entitled: “The Story of HB.”

Co-written by former employee Paul Mulhern and journalist, Kieran Fagan, the book charts the history of the brand and people who’ve worked for it down through the years.
