Bayard pays €90m for Nordic leader

BAYARD GROUP, the Australian company which manufactures electricity meters for residential and commercial properties — headed up by Cameron O’Reilly — has acquired the Finnish metering systems company, Enermet Group for €90 million.

With its purchase of the Nordic region market leader, Bayard’s metering business now has annualised sales of around €650m in 30 countries.
