THE gardaí and the Police Service of Northern Ireland are co-operating to prevent the cross-Border theft of farm machinery.

Last night, the IFA hosted a meeting in Raphoe, Co Donegal, which was attended by garda and PSNI officers.

Donegal IFA county chairman Keith Roulston said more than 50 trailers stolen in the county during last year, along with a number of quads, and have never traced.
