Equity groups to revise Kesa offer

TWO private equity groups — Permira and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts — plan to make a revised offer of 490 cents a share for electrical goods retailer Kesa Electricals, the Business said yesterday.

They are expected to deliver the offer in the next few weeks, valuing the group at €2.6 billion, after Kesa rejected a previous proposal as undervaluing the firm, the paper said.
