Warehouse to add nine more shops

MOBILE phone retailer Carphone Warehouse plans to open nine new shops in Ireland.

The British-owned company said the shops will create 60 jobs and bring its total number of outlets in Ireland to 44. It also plans to refurbish a number of existing shops.

Carphone Warehouse said the shops will be opened before Christmas.
