BIAM reshuffles its pack

BANK OF IRELAND Asset Management has appointed three senior executives as part of the rebuilding of the fund manager following the defection of top bosses last year.

BIAM has moved Pat Lardner to the position of regional director for Australasia, from his current post as head of Irish institutional business.

Peter Wood has been made head of institutional business in Ireland and Charles Lamb has been appointed director and head of portfolio construction and global support.

The move is part of BIAM’s plan to rebuild its team after four senior fund managers jumped to set up the Irish arm of Australian firm Perpetual.
