ISE firms’ directors warned on controls

THE Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland said directors of Irish Stock Exchange companies need to be aware of updated guidance on internal control published by the Financial Reporting Council.

The ‘Turnbull guidance’ has been revised following public consultation and assists directors meeting internal control obligations.
