Survey highlights confident outlook for businesses

MORE than half the top industries in the mid-west predict increased turnover in the next six months.

Confidence is highest among businesses in Limerick city according to an economic confidence survey undertaken by the Limerick Chamber of Commerce and BDO Simpson Xavier.

The Q1 (first quarter) 2006 Economic Confidence Survey was conducted among 120 businesses.
