Bollore adds to Aegis shareholding

FRENCH financier Vincent Bollore has acquired over a quarter of the shares in British media buying firm Aegis, his company said at the weekend.

Bollore Group acquired 735,223 shares in Aegis on November 25 via holding company Financiere Loch, taking its total stake in Aegis’s capital to 25.05%.
