Former NIB director disqualified

The High Court yesterday granted an order that Nigel D’Arcy, a former head of the bank’s financial advice and services division, be restricted from acting as company director for 10 years.

The order was sought by the corporate enforcer, Paul Appleby, in the wake of High Court inspectors’ report into tax evasion and overcharging at NIB.
