Baltimore chief challenges Acquisitor

Speaking at yesterday's annual general meeting, chairman Bijan Khezri accused 26% shareholder Acquisitor Holdings of trying to get its hands on its cash pile and causing disruption to management.

"Acquisitor, as a professional investor, building a stake just short of a mandatory bid threshold, while rejecting the company's proposal for a share-buy-back authority on the grounds that the Baltimore stock is valued at a premium though Acquisitor continued buying since defies logic and transparency," said Mr Khezri.
