Astron spends €200m on Edotech

London: Astron, the business support services group, has bought Edotech, a UK company in the transactional customer communication market for almost €200 million.

Astron provides services such as issuing utility bills and bank statements.

It entered the Irish market 18 months ago through the acquisition of IPLS in Dublin. The company now employs 40 people in Ireland.
