Airtel ATN hints at merger or takeover

Airtel ATN, which develops software for the air traffic control industry, says it is looking at various options to improve the company’s finances, including a merger or being taken over.

Turnover at Airtel was down from £425,957 to £368,555 in 2003, according to a statement to the Ofex market in London where its shares are listed.
