Chamber presents first CSR awards

THE Chamber of Commerce of Ireland (CCI) last night presented the first awards for corporate social responsibility (CSR) to businesses.

Computer giant IBM and AIB Bank picked up awards for their corporate social responsibility programmes. Retailer Tesco won best environmental project, while Bank of Ireland won the award for best community project.
