Broker increases AgCert price target

MORGAN STANLEY said it increased its price target on Ireland’s AgCert International, which trades greenhouse gas credits, to 270 pence from 170p.

The brokerage firm said it saw some value to the business after 2012, given reinforced political will at the recent United Nations climate change conference in Montreal to begin discussions on the second phase of the Kyoto Protocol.

The brokerage firm maintained its “overweight” rating on the stock.
