New facilities for Ryanair customers

Ryanair has introduced new facilities for customers wishing to change a passenger name on a booking. Passengers will also be allowed to change routes on bookings already made.

Passengers can change names on a booking by contacting a call centre up to three hours before take-off and paying a fee of €50.
