Technology firm System Dynamics has purchased Resolution Technology from IBM and AIB.

This is the third major acquisition in the past year by System Dynamics. The company has also purchased Connect Business Solutions and Maintenance Controller from ESBI Computing.

Resolution Technology clients include AIB, IBM and Ark Life and employs 40 people. The deal will boost System Dynamics’ turnover by €3m a year.
