IMI appoints new chief executive

The Irish Management Institute has appointed Tony Dromgoole as interim chief executive to replace Barry Kenny.

Mr Dromgoole is currently a senior faculty member and director of the institute. He previously worked as a management consultant with financial services firm KPMG.

IMI Chairman Chris Horn of Iona Technologies said “We are all delighted that Tony has agreed to accept the position of interim CEO of IMI, while we continue to pursue a long-term successor to Barry Kenny. Tony has worked at IMI for nearly 20 years and brings a great deal of experience to the role he will take up in April.”
