Crude oil futures little changed

Crude oil futures were little changed for a third day in London as refiners drain inventories to meet demand for gasoline and build up inventories of heating fuels in preparation for winter.

“Production is close to maximum capacity worldwide and refiners everywhere are eager to take those barrels,” said Deborah White, a commodities economist at Societe Generale in Paris.
